Associate Attorney Jenna Palefsky Dugoni joined Blacker Sammis & Blacker in 2013. She has represented a diverse range of clients in all aspects of family law, including property division, spousal support, parentage, child custody and child support, as well as in the drafting of pre and postmarital agreements, cohabitation agreements, and marital settlement agreements. She especially enjoys alternative dispute resolution through mediation and negotiated settlements. She has been recognized as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, a recognition only awarded to the top 2.5% of up-and-coming lawyers in California.

Jenna obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Jenna graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University receiving a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and a minor in Theological Studies. While completing her legal education, Jenna clerked in a variety of civil litigation law firms, and externed for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Assembly Judiciary Committee in Sacramento. She received two Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence as well as a Jun Aoki Book Merit Scholarship.

Jenna completed 40 hours of intensive mediation training through the Bar Association of San Francisco. She serves as an attorney-coach for the YMCA Youth & Government San Francisco delegation mock trial team, and volunteers with Project Avary, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving life outcomes for children of incarcerated parents. Jenna is a second-generation attorney, a San Francisco native, an avid Bay Area sports fan.
