Associate Attorney Jenna Palefsky Dugoni joined Blacker Sammis & Blacker in 2013. Her practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including issues of child custody, visitation and support, parentage, and property disputes, as well as drafting pre and postmarital agreements, cohabitation agreements, and marital settlement agreements.

Jenna obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law with an emphasis in family law and employment law. Jenna graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University receiving a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and a minor in Theological Studies.

While completing her legal education, Jenna clerked in a variety of civil litigation law firms, and externed for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Assembly Judiciary Committee in Sacramento. She received two Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence as well as a Jun Aoki Book Merit Scholarship. Jenna also successfully completed 40 hours of mediation certification training to become a mediator through the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Jenna serves as an attorney-coach and mentor for the YMCA Youth & Government San Francisco delegation mock trial team. She also volunteers for Project Avary, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving life outcomes for children of incarcerated parents. Jenna is a second generation attorney, a San Francisco native, an avid Giants fan.
